Mike Tolsma

Mike too, like his father, began working at Reiner Group at a young age. He spent summers making sheet metal and learning how to install both heating and air conditioning. Mike graduated from Calvin College in 2006. After graduation, he came back and began working as a lead mechanic in Reiner’s residential division. After four years as a residential mechanic, Mike became an ASME certified welder and moved to the commercial division, where he worked mainly on large piping systems. In 2014, Mike became the residential department’s field foreman where he continues to teach and groom our installers to be expert technicians.
