Bernie Tolsma

Bernie began working at Reiner Group as a young man working as an install apprentice. Long hours in hot, Summer attics was excellent motivation to head out to Michigan where he performed his undergrad in engineering at Calvin College. He then pursued and obtained his Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. Upon graduating, he returned to work at Reiner Group where he has been ever since. Following in his father’s footsteps he took over as President 1999. Bernie spends most of his time working in the commercial department doing what he loves; designing and engineering mechanical systems for large and small projects.
