A few years ago, I created the tagline, “We Are Reiner”. Visible on both social media and our website, “We Are Reiner” truly describes our beliefs as a company. No matter who you are, where you come from, what you look like or what you believe, when you work for Reiner you are accepted as part of the Reiner family.
We hire potential employees based on experience as well as their willingness to learn and ability to motivate themselves as well as others. All our employees are given the same opportunities to succeed through consistent training of heating and cooling systems, volunteer work and special projects. Many of our service technicians and install mechanics started out in our internship program. We work with them to discover where they will excel and where they can reach their full potential.
Our different cultures, backgrounds and where we are from originally enhances our uniqueness and is the foundation of who we are.
