Automatic Benefits

Vacation

• Eligible for one week – Starting January 1st the following year of hire.
• Eligible for two weeks – January 1st following the second year of employment. 
• Eligible for three weeks – After 5 years of employment. 
• Eligible for four weeks – After 15 years of employment. 
• Receive vacation time starting January 1st after date of hire.

Personal/Sick

One hour for every 30 hours worked. You’re able to accumulate up to a maximum of 40 hours of personal/sick leave. These hours are available for use after first 120 days of employment.

Paid Holidays

Reiner offers eight paid holidays a year. They’re available after 6 months of hire.

Savings Plan 401(k)

Automatic Enrollment at 5% of your wages upon hire, unless you waive this option. Pre-tax or Post-tax (Roth) contributions. Reiner will match 20% up to 10% of total compensation. Fully vested after 6 years employment.

Health Insurance/Rx

Aetna Managed Choice Open Access/HRA. Available after 90 days of employment.

Dental Insurance

The Guardian PPO. Available after 90 days of employment.
